Hope "SPRINGS" Eternal as some new faces show just what they can do. Players that have caught my eye are QB Gary Brashears, RB Fred Talley, WR Sparky Hamilton, DE Carlos Hall, LB Quentin Caver, S Ken Hamlin and of course, Mr. Cobbs.

New Year's Day 2000:
Hogs 27 Texas 6

WOW!! No one could've expected this. It was a ringing of the bell that the Razorbacks were heading in the right direction. The thought of this OL coming back basically intact with Cobbs and a host of receivers, the new QB will have an easy transition.

Hog Heroes

Throughout the scrimmage, the younger Hogs kept making plays all over the field. One hero was Brashears who looks every bit in control and ready to lead the Hogs into the new millenium. Also, Sparky Hamilton, whose pro physique should raise eyebrows all over the conference, pushed Boo for playing time at SE.
